Q: I am having trouble uploading my image, what should I do?

Q: How do I know if my image is the right quality for the canvas?
If your image is insufficient quality, the website will warn you before you proceed with the order.
Q: What is the minimum file size required for my photo canvas?
Your image should be atleast 1MB in size.
Q: What picture format should I use when uploading my image?
Jpeg format.
Q: What’s the difference between Gallery Wrap and White Edge?
Gallery wrap means the image is folded around the frame. White edge means the image stops at the front edge of the frame and the fold is white, this is a good choice if the subject of your image goes to the edges of the picture.
Q: Why is it more expensive for a white edge finish on my canvas?
The white edge canvases take longer to edit for printing, as they have to be aligned. This is also the case for wrapping the canvas on the frame, as all edges must be equal.
Q: Why should I choose the acrylic scratch resistant coating?
This ensures your canvas will resist scratches and marks. If your canvas features a lot of black colour we would recommend this finish. Black shows scratches and marks the most. The coating will keep it looking new.
Q: Can I have the canvas sent to another address as a gift?
Yes, no problem. Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address and we will post the canvas to them. No invoice or receipt is sent with the canvas.
Q: I do not have a MoneyBookers account, how will I pay for my canvas and delivery?
You do not need an account. You are still able to pay by credit or debit card through MoneyBookers. It is our chosen method as it offers safe and secure payment.
Q: Why is the total in my basket more than the canvas I want to order?
There are small charges for additional options you may add such as a white edge, acrylic scratch resistant coating and pop art finish.
Q: My voucher code does not seem to work, can you help?

Q: How long will my canvas take to arrive?
Normal delivery time is 10-15 working days, but this can increase to 21 days during busy periods.
Q: How much is delivery?
Delivery costs are £5.95 per canvas. However the 34x46" Canvas is £8.50.
Q: How will my canvas be sent?
We use Royal Mail to deliver our smaller canvases.Our extra large canvases are sent using TNT Express service.
Q: My canvas has been damaged in the post, what should I do?

Q: Can I use my iPad or mobile phone to place my order?
We would reccomend placing your order using a laptop or a pc as the javascript on your phone or iPad can cause problems when trying to upload your image.
